It's been a busy few months since our last update. We've been working on numerous projects alongside a big new business push. It's a tough process with lots of ups and downs but we're getting there slowly. We'll be putting some of our new projects onto our website this week!
German Japanese
We recently completed a load of work for Japanese giant Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV. We've developed the concept for their stand at Bauma, a huge construction exhibition in Germany held this month. Alongside this, we also helped produce a range of literature to be used across Europe.
Theatre attraction
Gaining a new client is always a good thing and we recently started working with Hull Truck Theatre.
They've recently moved into a new building and showcase some brilliant talent. Go see a play there...
it really is a class act.
Recent Work//
Exhibition// Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV
Bauma, one of the biggest construction shows in the world was held recently in Germany. We wanted to create a concept that would stand out and be different from the norm. Based around the recently launched new range of mini excavators and wheel loaders we came up with 'Bigger features on a smaller scale' and created imagery making the machines look miniature. Our client loved it and the show was a huge success.

As part of their Bauma on-stand literature we were asked to produce something for the kids visiting the stand.
We developed the idea of an activity book and brought a series of machines to life by creating fun characters
to colour in. We rounded this off with a great word search and sticker sheet.
Who wants to be a train driver when they grow up anyway!
Literature// Hull Truck Theatre
We came up with a nice little mailshot that had a personal touch. Hull Truck Theatre has a number of benefit schemes, two of them being 'Truck Friends' and 'Corporate Membership'. We wanted to highlight the importance of local community support to the theatre... and our mailshot did exactly that.

Working alongside marketing agency RBP International we designed the
latest issue of Ground Control. Distributed across Europe in 6
languages the magazine gives a real insight into Hitachi machinery at work around
the world.
Branding// Carina hair and make-up
Sometimes it's the little jobs that are the most fun. Carina needed a business card for her new business venture, so we had some fun and gave the little business cards some hair! A simple, effective design that made both Carina and her customers smile.

We’ve just got our new stationery back from the printers – printed on 300gsm colourplan with a hefty hit of black we’re rather pleased with it. We also sent some rather fab posters out last month.
Video// Trailer for a Houses of Parliament game for 11-14 year olds
Working in conjuction with leading design and marketing agency Oculus, we produced a 60 second teaser movie for a new game to teach young people what it would be like to be an MP for a week.

Sal, a local photographer needed a new identity. She’s a lovely person and fantastic at what she does so we wanted to create a look that was both informal and friendly but also showed off her work.
Literature// Roseville Day Nursery
Finding the right nursery for your child is an important decision parents have to make. We were asked to design a brochure that Sarah and Andrew could send out to parents telling them about their nursery. We developed a bright, colourful, illustration based design that would appeal to both parents and their children. They've had a great response from it which is great to hear!
